Where does the name ‘soft place’ come from?

A soft place to land is a safe, supportive environment where you can be vulnerable, feel accepted, and find relief from stress or judgment. It’s a space for deep reflection and healing.

Soft Place Therapy was named with this intention at its core. The energy I bring to session emphasizes steadiness, collaboration, and compassion, allowing you to explore your experiences without pressure or expectation. Therapy here is paced thoughtfully, honoring your unique needs.

This is a place where you can feel seen and supported — where healing is not rushed, and growth happens through connection and care.
